Every FLS associate undergoes extensive training; the same training your system administrators receive and more. These capable, skilled and friendly CRIF Lending Solutions team members are always ready to help you find the answer you need.
 
myACTion – One of the ways we maintain an open dialogue with CRIF ACTion clients is through myACTion, a secure client portal with information geared toward each person who logs into the site. Clients can go to myACTion to view information on support cases, pending system enhancements and software releases, along with online documentation, computer-based training sessions and much more.
 
Account Managers - Every CRIF ACTion client is assigned an account manager, a dedicated customer advocate providing best practices consulting, assistance with enhancement requests and onsite visits. Your CRIF ACTion account manager is a champion for you, our customer.
 
Customer Focused Teams - A CRIF ACTion Customer Focused Team will be assigned to you as a new customer and will be there to deliver a smooth system implementation, including initial system configuration, any customizations and integrations you may require, document mapping, data extracts and more. This team will be available to you for your life as a customer and serve as your second line of support.
 
Monthly User Group Calls - As part of our open dialogue with clients, we offer two monthly calls to communicate with you and afford you the opportunity for regular communication with your peers. 
  • CRIF ACTion User Group – Third Thursday of each month, 3:00 pm CST
  • LCC User Group - Second Wednesday of each month, 10:30 am CST

Our conference provides several days of in-depth training sessions for business users and technical personnel.
